This has been a great season that ended with a great episode. I hope there is a season 6!

    • avatar Darth Zientak says:

“The sixth season of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series is currently in production. Series Supervising Director Dave Filoni confirmed in October 2012 that his crew had begun working on scripts and designs for the season in Star Wars Insider 137. Prior to that announcement, then-head writer Christian Taylor stated in September 2011 that they had already written through Season Six.

What a weak ending to season 5 very disappointed in the writing and end to ahsoka very bad ending no cliff hanger nothing looked all cut up . made them all look bad and no one with any power very bad ending and goes where leaves us where looks more like a dc comic then the high mark of star wars just bad totally disappointed.

  3. avatar Ganodi says:

Such a weak ending to season five. I hope Barriss offee is not a traitor. to the jedi.

I agree with many of the sentiments about season 5s weak showing . And while i am impressed with the show in general, i also share some of the criticisms about it. In particular the weak story writing, not story telling
. Especially compared to other contemporaries of the past decade, like the last airbender and justice league. The desicion to use bariss offee as a cold blooded killer when there are so many jedi yet to be featured seems strange and oddly underaged .

  4. Dear Mr.Lucas,

I thought season 5 was epic!
Although the last episode was weird.I don`t get why Asohka didn`t join the Jedi order again.
If you get this mesage please write back to meat riosforhutto@gmail.com

P.S.may the force be with you

  8. avatar Kevin says:

Awesome end. Was spoiled a little, but the saber fight was great and when she refused… Wow! And to those disappointed, stop watching, please. If you didn’t like this one, you obviously won’t like anything else. Why watch then seek out ways to complain? Enjoy something you… enjoy. I’m done.

  9. avatar Anthony says:

Last episode was amazing, did’t see it coming, was waiting for a big battle between her and maybe Maul and a dramatic death, in a way it gave me some what the same feeling as seeing the end of Return of the Jedi. Hoping Ahsoka gets her own spin off movie or video game or something, maybe a couple episodes in the next season. Looking forward to next season!
Kinda hope they go back and make clone wars episodes from episode 2 up to the animated movie for me the origianl 2002-2003 clone wars animation just didn’t do enough for me, as good as it was more is needed. . .

  11. avatar Josiah says:

In season 6 it would be cool if they had jedi Siri Tachi.

  12. avatar Paul Mitchell says:

I have to add some angry comments here, in what seems to be the only way I can in any way hopefully get some information to Lucasfilm marketing.

I get that Season 5 has ended in the US, I get and understand this, fantastic for you guys. But, it hasn’t even started in England. Not one episode (and judging by the air date of Season 4, if we get it, it’ll be all the episodes banged out in the space of 2 weeks early afternoon schedule on Cartoon Network), and this is what is annoying me.

I log onto starwars.com for news on Ep7 or to find out about movie characters or all kinds o stuff to do with Star Wars. What I don’t appreciate is right there on the homepage a picture of the last shot from season 5. Is this a case that Lucasfilm don’t care if you live in a territory that hasn’t screened it yet (or is able to watch it from this very site), that they only important territory is the US? I like to think they just got over excited by the events and a bit thoughtlessly carried away. I hate spoilers, I truly do, I don’t like to be told what is going to happen in something before I see it, so I never research too hard into what is going to happen, but to be given a massive spoiler like that, by just logging onto starwars.com is appauling. Facebook is even worse, they have on the Clone Wars timeline (and by dint of me ‘like’ing the Clone Wars it appears on my timeline) a nice shot from the finale, with a big long quote/speech that forms the basis for the ending, unacceptable.

I’ve put up with a lot from Star Wars over my 30 years of life, some amazing some bad. But this sort of behavior, well it just boggles the mind that in this world where studios beg people not to give out too many spoilers, the biggest franchise in the world could actively go out and on its own spoil it for those fans who have been unable to watch the season for geographical reasons.

I’m not saying that they should never put these things online, that there should be no discussion. I’m just saying that it should wait until it has aired in all territories first. I want to use two examples here, The Walking Dead and Doctor Who. The makers of the Walking Dead have a self imposed black out of episode information and spoilers until it has aired in all territories. Doctor Who put out a request that nobody talk about the latest season opener until it had aired in all territories and the fans respected this Why must Star Wars fans be treated any differently?

  13. does anyone know how to post a comment after loging in i did but it won’t let me for some reason.
