I been teaching my 2 year old boy about Star Wars and Finally We are be able to go to the movies and enjoy the saga. The new generation of Fans are needed in our community since most of us are on the 30, 40 and 50. i believed with the new trilogy we will be able to secure our future for another 35 years or more.

shame that they waited so long for the NEW SEQUAL’S I say they waited long enough I dont know why, but I beleive DISNEY is going to screw star wars up, just trust me…..soo long “A long time ago in a galaxy far far away….” and soo long “Lucas Art’s”. Nice artivle though!

You are so right about the universe of Star Wars being big. I love reading the books that add and expand on the movie trilogies! When I finally read about Princess Leiah picking up her own lightsaber to defender herself, I practically cheered! Or reading of the Solo twins being trained by their Uncle Luke Skywalker in the ways of the Jedi? Thrilling!
Yet, there is so much out there that I haven’t read yet, and I am dying to get my hands on another Star Wars book… All this to say, bring on the new film! But! Please, please! Don’t mess with our beloved characters, okay?
Let’s hear it for Mr. George Lucas, whose trials and struggles have given the world something truly magical: Star Wars. No matter what happens in the upcoming films, let’s remember that we still have the first six episodes to enjoy. Not to mention, if you enjoy reading, the many great comics and books, and the Clone Wars television series. All offer a great ride for a Star Wars fan.
