Wow! It’s been an amazing summer but the wait is FINALLY over! Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season Five premieres this Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. (EST/PST) on Cartoon Network. I had the privilege of attending a special screening last week in San Francisco of the first two episodes of the new season! It’s definitely incredible to watch our show on the big screen. While in San Francisco, I also had the opportunity to go to Big Rock, where they make The Clone Wars, and watch several upcoming episodes in Season Five. I can’t say much but I can say that the episodes were so amazing, intense, and beautiful, they made me cry, literally—tears were streaming down my face. This is a very big season and some characters will meet their demise. Who will it be and what will happen? You have to tune in and watch. The bar has once again been raised by Dave Filoni and his crew. If you’re a Star Wars fan, and you must be if you’re reading this blog, you won’t be disappointed in this epic season. I have never been more proud to be a part of something in my entire life!

I know! I am just bursting with excitement and every time someone mentions anything to do with Star Wars or the clone wars I go spastic and they are left staring at me thinking “strange strange girl…” Have you seen the picture that says ‘who will fall’ and it has all of the characters that could fall on it? I got really worried when Rex and Ahsoka were on it because I love both characters…what was going through my head was “they’re not that mean, they’re not that mean, they’re not that mean” which of course I know they’re not but they want drama… It’s a possibility… A sad one but it is a possibility…

Well, I hope Ahsoka survives this Season and beyond. (which I’m sure she will, considering there’s a Season 6 in the works, I heard)
I so wish I was there to experience this but I hope in the near future, I’ll meet you and the rest of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars cast and crew. C:
Revival was a bit disappointing. Darth Maul and Savage’s characters were totally undermined by being run off by pirates. If you are going to go through the effort of bringing Maul back from the dead, I was expecting better.
Season 5 sounds really awesome! I’ve been searching up interviews with the cast and crew about season 5 and I can’t wait until it comes to Australia… Been watching the new trailer over and over again trying to piece together what might happen and it’s seriously killing me with questions! Sidious fights Maul and Savage? Ashoka against Ventress? Heaps of Jedi deaths? I can easily tell this season will be an epic and tear jerking one and I’m so jealous of you guys in America. But really glad that I’m not the only one obsessed with clone wars (maybe the only one in Australia but that’s beside the point.) Actually talking to other people who are just as passionate for Star Wars as I am is an amazing opportunity I rarely get:)

Yeah bring it on Ahsoka! We want to see her in action! Ive been looking up the episode lists on wookiepedia recently and I am dying an agonisingly slow death of suspension… It’s like when you know your friends have a secret and they don’t tell even though you really want to know but it’s ten times worse because clone wars is overseas in a whole other country with a completely different time zone to you. But a jedi is patient so I will be as well (for a while)
