I've only recently come across the 501st and was lucky enough to go to a "Join the Force" event on post where we are stationed (my husband is in the Army). Our kids had a blast!!! It was so fun for them to meet the characters and to think, it may not have happened at all. Thank you! You've made some young Star Wars fans VERY happy. This is such a wonderful story. I’ve only recently come across the 501st and was lucky enough to go to a “Join the Force” event on post where we are stationed (my husband is in the Army). Our kids had a blast!!! It was so fun for them to meet the characters and to think, it may not have happened at all. Thank you! You’ve made some young Star Wars fans VERY happy.
