Is that photo of the original Fu-man-chu or the replica?

I wish I could have been there to see the panel. The cantina behind the scenes would make a great documentary or book (hint hint)!

This was great panel, worth the sacrifice of missing James Arnold Taylor’s one-man show (which was full by the time the cantina session ended). Thanks so much for putting it on! Favorite observations included slides showing how certain costumes were first used on other films like Planent of the Apes. And, I never noticed the yellow spacer’s suit in the cantina was reused for Bossk in Empire.

The alien is called Braconner Bakiska. I was able to trace it down so I could update Yodapedia

Great post! Any word on what the new alien’s name will be? I wanted to go to this panel, but as you know, time spent waiting in line is time that can be spent in other panels. It’s always a tough choice

Well, who did win? And what’s his name now? Does the name still have to be given? Why is this information withheld?
