I have attended all of the Celebration events in the US and the diorama building is a true highlight, it is such a great addition to see families working together on the builds and the smiles on the kids faces admiring the creative process they just took part in. I can't imagine the amount of work and planning that goes into this and Frank is truly an unsung hero of the Star Wars Celebrations.
I look forward to bringing my daughter this time to help paint and build and share this wonderful experience with her. Here is to another decade of greatness and I hope the diorama blogs become a regular feature on the site.

Frank,
It's been a long ride (since Endor) but I can't wait for the next one. I think this will be the best one so far and am totally looking forward to the blood, sweat and tears we will all put in on it.

My first Celebration was C2. I met Frank in the diorama room and ended up spending the majority of my time in there hanging out, meeting fans and building a diorama with my son. For me that was the best part of the entire convention. Getting to make something with my son that we could take home on the last day is the ultimate convention exclusive. Since then I have been building dioramas and customizing action figures weekly. This event litteraly changed my life, thanks so much Frank for the months of hard work you put into this event. I am forever indebted to you for sharing your your skills with me and the world. Can't wait to see everyone at C6 this year as I have the honor of helping out in the dio room.

Reading news about the Mos Eisley diorama workshop through the NiunNiubsuniverse.com website was how I found out about Star Wars Celebration. I really wanted to be there at the time but I was only a high school kid from Canada who didn't have the funds to pay for that kind of vacation.

Ten years later, I get to attend not only my first Star Wars Celebration but also be involved in this dream project, this time, in a BIGGER SPACE! Can't wait!

The best part of CV was the kid that won the Falcon toy was probably the youngest one who got something. His face was priceless.

If this is your FIRST Celebration, then you really are in for a TREAT. We are packing up the last of our prototypes tomorrow to send to Orlando, and the Staff and I can't wait to do it all again.

Unfortunately no, if everyone who came to build and leaving early would take home their creations before the Sunday, there would be no massive Diorama. You can rest assured that any unclaimed creations are given to kids. Nothing gets thrown away in the trash. See you in 2 weeks HS.
