Three E.T.s made a cameo in Episode I in a Senate pod, but I don’t think E.T. was in Revenge of the Sith. Correct me if I’m wrong. I know the deleted scene of Yoda landing on Dagobah looked like it could be E.T.’s homeworld, but I don’t recall seeing the actual little guy there.
