i just recently discoverd yoda in avatar the scene is where jake jumps off the waterfall and as he is reaching for a branch you see yoda in the backround

I saw Avatar two days ago and wondered who did the effects and knew it had to be ILM. But in the begining of the credits, it said they were done by weta, the guys who did Lord of the rings. But now I am assured that ILM helped. Great job on the effects ILM!

Well, it’s nice to know the explosions in the movie were CGI, because that means they are environmentally safe movie explosions. So it fits a theme of the movie. Which I loved by the way, despite it being VERY preachy and saccharine in its enviro-message to the point of making even a member of Greenpeace groan like us Star Wars fans did during the Ep. II romance scenes.
