Star Wars Collector’s Lofty Ambitions

Flickr blogger eyeSPIVE recently posted a fantastic image series of his Star Wars collection, which is effectively displayed in a loft. We like this series because it shows what clever collectors can do with limited space (even the ceiling is covered!) and that several of the pieces appear to be from the UK (where we suspect this blogger lives).

Be sure to check out the great vintage graphics on the British-exclusive Letraset, Helix, Cliro, and HC Ford pieces, which are all quite rare to see stateside these days.

A very cool space that would easily qualify as many-a-collector’s happy place.

    Love the Letrasets. I have been able to find a few of these. When I was a kid I had so many of these of other themes, like Disney, Dinosaurs, sports, He-Man, etc …

    just wondering if anybody might no something about a r2d2 figurine that i purchaced for my brother years ago at a garage sale that he didn’t want he loves star wars but didn’t want this. the figurine stands about 2.5 inches tall and appears to be made out of porcelain or something like that. sorry i know nothing about starwars i would appreciate any help on a value.

    I would like to know the estamated value if known on a ten year 3 fold book type cardboard and paper holding a silver ingot stamped one side with cubaca and the other with Luke please.
